摘　　要：站在百年未有之大变局、新发展格局和全球治理体系变革的交界线,涉农国际组织的作用和影响力正在日益增长,培养涉农国际组织人才是我国提升全球农业治理参与度和国际竞争力的重要举措。本研究结合涉农国际组织的人才需求、我国政府、高校对涉农国际组织人才的培养经验、联合国语言水平要求,从多元视角出发为培养新型国际人才提供建议与参考。Standing at the intersection of the unprecedented changes of the century,the new development pattern and the global governance system reform,the role and influence of international agricultural organizations are growing.Thus the cultivation of talents in international agricultural organizations is an important measure for China to enhance its participation in global agricultural governance and international competitiveness.This research combines the talent demand of international agricultural organizations,the cultivation experience of our government and universities in international agricultural organizations,and the requirements of the United Nations language proficiency to provide suggestions and references for the cultivation of new-type international talents from multiple perspectives.
