摘　　要：《科利奥兰纳斯》是莎士比亚创作的最后一部关于古罗马历史的悲剧。文章从戏剧文本入手,揭示科利奥兰纳斯悲剧结局的原因是他的脱离群众。离开民众的科利奥兰纳斯就如离开大地的安泰,失去了力量之源。随后,文章进一步分析指出他的名门贵族身世、母亲扭曲的家教、骄傲自大的性格、彪悍勇猛的才干又是导致他脱离群众的原因。由此启示:当代中国共产党人要吸取科利奥兰纳斯失败的教训,能否保持党同人民群众的血肉联系,决定着党的事业的成败。Coriolanus is Shakespeare’s last tragedy about the history of ancient Rome.Based on the analysis of the scripture of the drama,the article reveals that the reason for the tragic ending of Coriolanus is his detachment from the masses.Coriolanus detached from the masses is like Antaeus off the land,both losing the source of their power.The article then points out that the reasons for his cutting off from the masses are his notable families background,his mother’s distorted family education,his proud and arrogant personality,and his valiant and brave talent.This enlightens us that contemporary CPC should,while learning a lesson from the failure of Coriolanus,keep close contact with the masses so as to achieve greater success in completing its historical mission.
