新中国成立以来我国高校思想政治理论课的发展与特点——基于中央和国家机关关于高校思想政治理论课文件的分析

摘　　要：新中国成立以来,中央和国家机关共发布与高校思想政治理论课相关的文件126份,内容涉及高校思想政治理论课的各个方面。考察文件的发布频率可以发现:新中国成立至中共十一届三中全会,相关文件的发布并不频繁;十一届三中全会之后,鉴于国际与国内环境日益复杂化,相关文件的发布频率逐步提高。从文件内容与高校思想政治理论课教育教学的实践看,新中国成立以来,我国高校思想政治理论课的改革、创新与学科建设共经历了四个历史阶段,分别是革命思维主导下的革命的政治理论课发展阶段、改革开放初期的马列主义理论课发展阶段、“两课”体系的创建与发展阶段、“马工程”体系下高校思想政治理论课改革与建设阶段。Since the founding of the People's Republic of China(PRC),a total of 126 documents related to ideological and political theory courses in universities have been issued by central ministries and commissions,covering all aspects of the courses.In terms of the number of documents issued,there was a relatively small volume before the Third Plenary Session of the 11th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.After this session,as international and domestic situations became increasingly complex,the volume of documents issued gradually increased.According to the content of the documents and their practical application in the teaching of ideological and political theory courses,the reform,innovation and subject construction of the courses in Chinese universities have gone through four stages since the founding of the PRC:the stage of revolutionary political theory courses dominated by revolutionary thinking,the stage of Marxist-Leninist theory courses at the beginning of the reform and opening up,the stage of the creation and development of the“Two Courses”system,and the stage of the reform and construction of ideological and political theory courses in universities under the“Marxist Project”.
