摘　　要：人类命运共同体是新时代构建更加公正合理国际秩序的中国方案。而“美国优先”则是根源于美国实用主义哲学,以“美国第一”为标准,为实现其霸权服务的美国对外政策。人类命运共同体与“美国优先”在目标、原则、实现路径等方面存在根本区别。人类命运共同体自提出以来,由理念到理论,由愿景到现实,由双边到多边,已成为引领时代潮流和人类前进方向的鲜明旗帜。“美国优先”与世界发展大势背道而驰,破坏现行国际秩序和国际体系,必然不可持续。A Community with a Shared Future for Mankind is China's proposal for building a more just and reasonable international order in the new era.“America First”is a foreign policy of the United States,which is rooted in the philosophy of American pragmatism,takes“America First”as the standard and serves for the realization of its hegemony.There are fundamental differences between A Community with a Shared Future for Mankind and“America First”in terms of goals,principles,and realization paths.Since the proposal of A Community with a Shared Future for Mankind was put forward,it has become a distinct banner leading the trend of the times and the direction of human progress from concept to theory,from vision to reality,from bilateral to multilateral.“America First”runs counter to the general trend of world development and undermines the current international order and international system,so it is bound to be unsustainable.
