摘　　要：以组织存续理论为基础,借助问卷调查法对ZB市社区志愿服务组织可持续发展问题展开调研,借助潜变量建模软件Mplus5.2构建社区志愿服务组织可持续发展机制模型,可深入挖掘志愿组织政策配套、资源获取、人员配备、社区支持、居民支持等要素间最优影响效应,并针对性提出深入推动社区志愿服务组织可持续发展策略,即完善社区志愿服务组织配套支持政策,针对社区需求和居民需求设计志愿服务项目,发动多方积极参与社区志愿服务组织开展的各种活动,培育社区共同体文化,增强社区志愿服务组织与社区居民间的相互信任。Based on the theory of organizational survival,we conducted a survey on the sustainable development of community volunteer service organizations in ZB city using a questionnaire survey method.With the help of latent variable modeling software Mplus5.2,we constructed a sustainable development mechanism model for community volunteer service organizations,and deeply explored the optimal impact effects among factors such as policy support,resource acquisition,personnel allocation,community support,resident support of volunteer organizations and so on.We proposed some strategies to promote the sustainable development of community volunteer service organizations,including improving supporting policies for community volunteer service organizations,designing volunteer service projects based on community and resident needs,mobilizing multiple parties to actively participate in various activities carried out by community volunteer service organizations,cultivating community culture,and enhancing mutual trust between community volunteer service organizations and community residents.
