摘 要:为了研究某井口采气树生产翼出口弯头天然气泄漏穿孔的失效原因,对泄漏管段进行了理化性能检测以及腐蚀产物分析。结果表明,腐蚀产物主要成分为FeCO_(3)及少量Cl^(-),失效的主要原因是天然气中的CO_(2)气体溶于水中对管道的腐蚀以及高速流体的冲刷,同时Cl-的存在加速了腐蚀过程。本文针对该失效情况提出了相应的建议。In order to investigate the failure cause of natural gas leakage and perforation at the outlet bend of production wing of a certain wellhead gas gathering tree,physical and chemical property testing and corrosion product analysis were conducted on the leaking pipe section.The results showed that the main components of the corrosion products were FeCO_(3) and a small amount of Cl^(-).The main reasons for the failure were the corrosion of the pipeline caused by the dissolution of CO_(2) gas in the natural-gas into water and the impact of high-speed fluid,while the presence of Cl accelerated the corrosion.Suggestions were put forward for addressing the failure situation in this paper.
