摘 要:对芳纶纤维(AF)进行表面涂层改性,并制备AF/天然橡胶(NR)复合材料(硫化胶),研究表面涂层改性对AF与橡胶基体之间界面结合性能的影响。结果表明:采用邻苯二酚-四乙烯五胺-乙二醇二缩水甘油醚和四甲基四乙烯基环四硅氧烷分别对AF进行涂覆,硫化胶的H抽出力均未增大,AF与橡胶基体之间的界面结合性能没有提升;采用聚异戊二烯液体橡胶和羧基化聚异戊二烯液体橡胶分别对AF进行涂覆,硫化胶的H抽出力分别增大18%和80%,可见在AF上涂覆羧基化聚异戊二烯液体橡胶的效果最好,AF与橡胶基体之间的界面结合性能显著提升,该方法对AF和橡胶基体的性能几乎没有影响。Surface coating modification of aramid fiber(AF)was carried out,AF/natural rubber(NR)composite(vulcanizate)was prepared,and the effect of surface coating modification on the interfacial bonding performance between AF and rubber matrix was studied.The results showed that when AF was coated with either catechol-tetraethylenepentamine-ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether and tetramethyl tetravinyl cyclotetrasiloxane respectively,the H extraction force of the vulcanizate did not increase,and the interfacial binding performance between AF and rubber matrix was not improved.Using polyisoprene liquid rubber and carboxylated polyisoprene liquid rubber to coat AF respectively,the H extraction force of the vulcanizate increased by 18%and 80%respectively,which indicated that the coating of carboxylated polyisoprene liquid rubber on AF was the most effective,and the interface bonding performance between AF and rubber matrix was significantly improved.This method had almost no impact on the performance of AF and rubber matrix.
