摘  要:研究空间辐射对甲基苯基乙烯基硅橡胶(MPVQ)胶料性能的影响。结果表明:随着辐射剂量的增大,MPVQ胶料的外观颜色呈现白-淡黄-灰黄的变化趋势,硬度增大,拉伸强度和撕裂强度曲线呈S形变化;当辐射剂量为1×10^(6)Gy(Si)时,MPVQ胶料的拉伸强度、拉断伸长率和撕裂强度分别减小20%,89%和69%,当辐射剂量大于1×10^(6)Gy(Si)时,MPVQ胶料的拉伸强度和撕裂强度出现一定程度反弹,随着辐射剂量的进一步增大,MPVQ胶料的拉伸强度和撕裂强度回落,而MPVQ胶料的拉断伸长率始终呈下降趋势;MPVQ制品基本满足静态运行航天器15年的运行寿命要求,但最终MPVQ制品的弹性和承力能力基本丧失,在外力作用下易脆裂,MPVQ制品不宜应用于裸露在空间环境中的长寿命航天器动态机构中。The effect of space radiation on the properties of methylphenyl vinyl silicone rubber(MPVQ)was studied.The results showed that with the increase of irradiation dose,the appearance color of the MPVQ compound presented a changing trend of white-light yellow-gray yellow,the hardness increased,and the tensile strength and tear strength curves presented an S shape.When the radiation dose was 1×10^(6)Gy(Si),the tensile strength,elongation at break and tear strength of the MPVQ compound decreased by 20%,89%and 69%respectively.When the radiation dose was greater than 1×10^(6)Gy(Si),the tensile strength and tear strength of the MPVQ compound rebounded to a certain extent.As the radiation dose further increased,the tensile strength and tear strength of the MPVQ compound fell back.The elongation at break always showed a downward trend.The MPVQ products basically met the 15-year operational life requirements of static operation spacecraft,but in the end the elasticity and load-bearing capacity of the MPVQ products were basically lost,making them prone to fragmentation under external forces.The MPVQ products were not suitable for use in dynamic mechanisms of long-life spacecraft exposed to space environments.
