摘 要:研究芳纶短纤维长度对天然橡胶(NR)/溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)并用胶性能的影响。结果表明:随着芳纶短纤维长度的增大,NR/SSBR并用胶的交联密度和储能模量增大,填料网络化程度增大,填料分散性变差;加入长度为1 mm的芳纶短纤维时,NR/SSBR并用胶的拉伸强度较大,耐磨性能较差;加入长度为3 mm的芳纶短纤维时,NR/SSBR并用胶的邵尔A型硬度、100%定伸应力和撕裂强度较大,DIN磨耗量较小。The effect of aramid short fiber lengths on the properties of natural rubber(NR)/solution polymerized styrene butadiene rubber(SSBR)blends was studied.The results showed that with the increase of aramid short fiber length,the crosslinking density and storage modulus of NR/SSBR blends increased,the filler network degree was enlarged,and the filler dispersion became worse.When aramid short fiber with 1 mm length was added,the tensile strength of NR/SSBR blends was larger,and the wear resistance was poor.When aramid short fiber with 3 mm length was added,the Shore A hardness,tensile stress at 100%elongation and tear strength of NR/SSBR blends were larger,and the DIN abrasion was smaller.
