强威粉TNK对蓄能器橡胶隔膜胶料性能的影响

摘　　要：研究强威粉TNK对蓄能器橡胶隔膜胶料(丁腈橡胶胶料)性能的影响。结果表明:与未添加强威粉TNK的胶料相比,添加强威粉TNK可以提高填料在橡胶基体中的分散性,混炼胶的加工性能更好,硫化胶的拉伸性能、弹性、气密性和耐屈挠性能提高;强威粉TNK用量为8份时,硫化胶拉伸性能、弹性和气密性最好,耐屈挠性能明显提升。The effect of StronWi powder TNK on the performance of rubber diaphragm compounds(nitrile compounds)in energy accumulators was studied.The results showed that compared with the compound without StronWi powder TNK,the dispersibility of the filler in the rubber matrix was imporved,the processability of the compound was better,and the tensile properties,elasticity,air tightness and flexibility resistance of the vulcanizate were improved.When the dosage of StronWi powder TNK was 8 phr,the tensile properties,elasticity and air tightness of the vulcanizate were the best,and the flexibility resistance was significantly improved.
