摘  要:对变压器和电气绝缘开关设备(GIS)橡胶密封圈失效进行分析。结果表明:故障变压器故障相橡胶密封圈侧面存在长度为1 mm的2条裂纹,且橡胶密封圈的邵尔A型硬度提高和回弹值减小,橡胶密封圈出现老化失效现象;故障GIS开裂橡胶密封圈的裂纹起始处的Zn元素质量分数高于断面台阶处,即橡胶密封材料的填料分散不均匀,导致橡胶密封圈的物理性能降低,橡胶密封圈出现开裂失效现象。The failures of the rubber sealing rings in the transformer and gas insulated switchgear(GIS)were analyzed.The results showed that,there were two cracks with 1 mm of length existed on the side of the fault phase rubber sealing ring in the fault transformer,at the same time Shore A type hardness of the rubber sealing ring increased and rebound value decreased,the rubber sealing ring appeared aging failure phenomenon.For the cracked rubber sealing ring in GIS,the mass fraction of Zn element in the crack initiation point was higher than that in the section step area,suggesting uneven dispersion of fillers in the rubber sealing material,which led to the reduction of the physical properties and the cracking failure phenomenon of the rubber sealing ring.
