摘 要:研究加工工艺对天然橡胶(NR)分子结构和性能的影响。采用2种新的加工工艺制备NR,即采用酶辅助微生物凝固+造粒+低温干燥工艺制备NR(HJ)和采用酶辅助微生物凝固+造粒+双螺杆机挤出干燥工艺制备NR(JC)。试验表明,与传统加工工艺NR(SCRWF和SCR20)相比,HJ的杂质质量分数和灰分质量分数最小,氮质量分数最大,HJ胶料的塑性保持率最大,HJ硫化胶的炭黑分散性最佳,拉伸强度最大,耐热空气老化性能最好,HJ的橡胶分子结构和性能优于SCRWF和SCR20。The effect of processing techniques on the molecular structure and properties of natural rubber(NR)was studied.Two new processing techniques were used to prepare NR,namely,enzyme-assisted microbial coagulation+granulation+low temperature drying for NR(HJ)and enzyme-assisted microbial coagulation+granulation+twin screw extrusion drying for NR(JC).The test results showed that,compared with NR based on conventional processing(SCRWF and SCR20),the impurity mass fraction and ash mass fraction of HJ were the smallest,while the nitrogen mass fraction was the largest.The plasticity retention index of HJ compounds was the largest.HJ vulcanizate had the optimum carbon black dispersion,the largest tensile strength,and the best resistance to hot air aging.The rubber molecular structure and properties of HJ were better than those of SCRWF and SCR20.
