摘 要:为解决超小半径预制T梁架设难度大、安全风险高、空间位置受限、常规架桥机无法架梁等问题,开展了基于BIM虚拟仿真的超小半径T梁架设方案优选研究,首先利用BIM技术建立桥梁结构、架桥机、运梁车、临时结构等构件LOD400高精度模型,其次利用BIM技术直观性、可出图性、模拟性等特点,对多种架设方案的可行性、优越性及安全性进行三维可视化仿真分析。通过不同方案多个极限状态下的研究,确定最优方案,根据仿真分析结果确定架桥机的结构尺寸和相关参数要求,指导厂家生产架桥机以满足架梁要求。最后总结出了一套利用BIM虚拟仿真技术进行多方案比选及优化的方法和流程。以官新高速西安互通B匝道预制T梁架设为依托,进行超小半径预制T梁架设方案比选及优化应用,发现该方法具有方案可执行性强、安全风险前置、结构验算实时联动、技术交底可视化等优势,从而验证了BIM仿真技术指导超小半径曲线梁桥架设方案编制的可行性和优越性。辅助解决了该项目T梁架设难题。该方法可为后续地形起伏大、受限空间下的超小半径预制梁桥架设提供借鉴。In order to solve the problems such as great difficulty in the erection of super small radius precast T-beams,high safety risks,limited space location,and the inability of conventional bridge erectors to erect beams,a study on the optimization of super small radius T-beams erection scheme based on BIM virtual simulation was carried out.First,BIM technology was used to establish LOD400 high-precision models of bridge structures,bridge erectors,beam carriers,temporary structures,and other components,and secondly,BIM technology was used to make use of the characteristics such as intuitiveness,diagrammability,and simulation,the feasibility,superiority and safety of various erection schemes are analyzed by 3D visual simulation.Through the research of different schemes under multiple limit states,the optimal scheme is determined,and the structural dimensions and relevant parameter requirements of the bridge erecting machine are determined according to the simulation analysis results,so as to guide the manufacturer to produce the bridge erecting machine to meet the requirements of beam erecting.Finally,a set of methods and processes for comparison and optimization of multiple schemes using BIM virtual simulation technology are summarized.Relying on the erection of prefabricated T beams on the B ramp of Xi an Interchange of Guanxin Expressway,the comparison and optimization of the erection schemes of super small radius prefabricated T beams were carried out.It was found that the method had the advantages of strong scheme enforceability,safety risk pre positioning,real-time linkage of structural checking,visualization of technical disclosure,etc.,which verified the feasibility and superiority of BIM simulation technology in guiding the preparation of the erection scheme of super small radius curved girder bridges.Assisted to solve the problem of T-beam erection in this project.This method can provide a reference for the erection of super small radius precast girder bridges under the condition of large topographic relief a
