摘 要:一般的UP固化物往往存在韧性较差等问题,需要对其进行增韧改性。鉴于nano-SiO_(2)/UP复合材料表现出的优异力学性能,且目前未见有研究将其用于改性沥青,对nano-SiO_(2)/UP复合改性沥青的配方(包括nano-SiO_(2)的种类、各类添加剂的掺量等)进行研究,通过拉伸试验、离析试验等确定出nano-SiO_(2)/UP复合改性沥青的最优配比。研究结果表明:nano-SiO_(2)/UP复合改性沥青中的A组分和B组分应由“先掺法”进行制备,其中A组分为UP、引发剂、偶联剂,B组分是由沥青、相容剂等外加剂组成的混合成分;其最优配比为m(A组分)∶m(B组分)=1∶2.6,其中A组分的成分为m(树脂)∶m(A型nano-SiO_(2))∶m(引发剂)∶m(偶联剂)=100∶3∶4∶3, B组分的构成为m(沥青)∶m(相容剂)=100∶4。Generally,the UP materials will be brittle after curing,which needs toughening modification.In view of the excellent mechanical properties of nano-SiO_(2)/UP composite materials,the formulation of nano-SiO_(2)/UP modified asphalt,including the types of nano-SiO_(2),the dosage of various additives,etc.was studied in this paper.The optimal ratio of nano-SiO_(2)/UP modified asphalt was determined by tensile test and segregation test.The results showed that component A and component B in nano-SiO_(2)/UP modified asphalt should be prepared by the"first admixing method",in which component A was divided into UP,initiator,and coupling agent,and component B was a mixture composed of asphalt,compatibilizer,and other admixtures.The optimal ratio was m(component A)∶m(component B)=1∶2.6,where the composition of component A was m(UP)∶m(type A nano-SiO_(2))∶m(initiator)∶m(coupling agent)=100∶3∶4∶3,and the composition of component B was m(asphalt)∶m(compatibilizer)=100∶4.
