摘  要:针对毕业设计这一人才培养过程中的重要环节,提出采用TRIZ挖掘学生潜力,提高毕业设计质量的思路。建立了TRIZ与毕业设计的融合路径,在整个流程中利用冲突解决方法提出技术方案是关键步骤,以冷冲压成型工艺中的精密压力机设计为例,详细阐述了物理冲突的化解和技术冲突的处理过程。实践结果表明,应用冲突解决方法能够帮助学生快速找到问题突破口,与专业知识结合后可以形成理想的技术方案,TRIZ具备在毕业设计中推广的良好前景。In order to improve quality of graduation design,which was a crucial part of talent cultivation process,method of TRIZ the-ory to explore students'potential was proposed.A fusion path of TRIZ theory and graduation design was established,in which the key step was to use conflict resolution methods to propose technical solutions throughout the entire process.Taking design of precision press machine in cold stamping process as an example,process of resolving physical conflicts and handling technical conflicts were elaborated in detail.Results of practice showed that applying conflict resolution methods could help students quickly find breakthroughs in prob-lems.When combined with professional knowledge,it could form an ideal technical solution.TRIZ theory has a good prospect for pro-motion in graduation design.
