摘  要:不锈钢薄板类零件在加工过程中,由于零件本身刚性差,并受到残余应力、装夹力、切削力等的共同作用,极易发生变形,导致零件的几何公差难以保证。提出了相关工艺的改进方法:通过对零件加工方法的合理选择,改变切削力的主要作用方向,使切削力的作用方向与变形的敏感方向不在同一方向上;同时在热处理时,增加专用夹具,以矫正零件已有变形、释放零件内部的残余应力,并选用合理的装夹方式,减少装夹力对零件变形的影响。测量验证表明,上诉方法可提高零件的几何精度,为加工不锈钢薄板类零件提供了解决方案。The stainless steel thin plate part is prone to deformation during processing,making it difficult to ensure the geometric tolerances of the part,This is due to the common effect of residual stress,fibrosis,cutting force,and the poor rigidity of the part.By reasonable selecting machining methods and changing the main direction of cutting force so that it does not align with the sensitive direction of the deformation,deformation can be minimized.Additionally,using specialized fixtures during heat treatment can correct deformation and release residual stresses inside the part.A reasonable clamping method is also selected to reduce the effects of fibrous structure on part deformation.Ultimately,the geometric accuracy of the part is improved through measurement verification.This improvement provides a solution for processing stainless steel sheet part.
