摘 要:在2022年丰水期7月中旬对安阳市小南海水库浮游藻类群落结构进行调查。结果显示:调查中共鉴定浮游藻类21种(属),隶属于6门;绿藻门为7种(属),占33%,种类最多;硅藻门仅次于绿藻门为6种(属),占29%;在丰度和生物量上,蓝藻门优势明显,绿藻门种类最多,但丰度低;优势种为蓝藻门的束丝藻和颤藻。调查时为泄洪期,水位上升,采样区水体相对平静,大量营养盐摄入,气温较高,光照充足,对蓝藻生长提供了有利的环境条件,这可能是蓝藻门占优势的主要原因之一,使小南海水库存在营养化水平高和污染的风险。The phytoplankton community structure of Xiaonanhai Reservoir in Anyang city was investigated in midJuly during the wet season.The results showed that a total of 21 species(genus)were identified in this survey.Chlorophyta has the most species,with 7 species accounting for 33%,followed by Bacillariophyta with 6 species,accounting for 29%.In terms of plankton density and biomass,the Cyanophyta phylum was clearly dominant,while the Chlorophyta phylum was the most diverse but had low densities.The dominant species of the phylum Cyanophyta were Aphanizomenon sp.and Oscillatoris sp.During the flood discharge period,the water level rose,the water body in the sampling area was relatively calm.A large amount of nutrient salt intake,high temperature,and sufficient light provided favorable environmental conditions for the growth of cyanobacteria,which may be one of the main reasons for the dominance of cyanobacteria.This situation puts the Xiaonanhai reservoir at risk of high trophic levels and pollution.
