摘 要:为了减少城镇架空天然气管道的泄漏风险,利用组分运输模型和realizable k-ε湍流模型分析了管道内压、泄漏孔径、泄漏口数量和泄漏口方向对泄漏流场的影响。分析结果表明:随管道内压或泄漏口孔径的增大,管道泄漏表现出更加集中的趋势,天然气的泄漏速率和泄漏高度均有明显提升,泄漏气云偏移程度更低,且孔径变化对最终天然气稳定质量分数的影响强于管道内压改变带来的影响;随泄漏口数量的增多,在泄漏初期天然气的泄漏量增多,且天然气扩散宽度增加明显,天然气泄漏引起的建筑物危险区域更大,两监测面上多漏点相比单漏点的泄漏天然气质量分数提升明显;泄漏口方向对天然气扩散情况有非常大的影响,横风条件下的扩散高度远高于逆风和顺风条件,逆风条件下在前排建筑物前形成了巨大的扩散云团,顺风条件下在建筑物之间存在大量天然气聚集,都对建筑物造成了较大安全隐患。In order to reduce the risk of leakage in urban overhead natural gas pipelines,the influences of internal pressure,leakage aperture,leakage port number and leakage direction on the leakage flow field were analyzed by using the component transport model andrealizable k-εturbulence model.The analysis results show that with the increase of pipeline internal pressure or leakage aperture,pipeline leakage shows a more concentrated trend,the leakage rate and leakage height of the leakage port are significantly increased,the leakage cloud migration degree is lower,and the influence of aperture change on the final stable mass fraction of natural gas is stronger than the influence of pipeline internal pressure change.With the increase of the number of leakage ports,the leakage amount in the initial stage of leakage increases,and the diffusion width of natural gas increases significantly,and the dangerous area of buildings caused by natural gas leakage is larger.The quality fraction of natural gas with multiple leakage ports on the two monitoring surfaces increases significantly compared with single leakage port.The direction of the leakage port has a great influence on the diffusion of natural gas.The diffusion height under the conditions of cross wind is much higher than that under the conditions of upwind and downwind,but a huge diffusion cloud is formed in front of the front buildings under the conditions of upwind,and a large amount of natural gas accumulates between the buildings under the conditions of downwind,all of which pose great security risks to the buildings.
