摘 要:针对高温高压井动态载荷导致特殊螺纹接头密封性能降低的问题,基于微动接触理论,分析了密封面临界滑移状态,研究了不同上扣扭矩下特殊螺纹接头能量耗散及能量比率。结果表明:随着上扣扭矩的增大,特殊螺纹接头应力及接触压力增大,密封面黏着区逐渐扩大;特殊螺纹接头在不发生强度破坏前提下,适当增加上扣扭矩,可减小动态载荷引起的密封面能量耗散,降低滑移引起的磨损,有利于提高接头的密封性能;三种上扣扭矩及50~90 MPa内压下,该类接头密封指数均大于对应内压下的临界密封指数,满足接头的密封要求。通过研究,明确了上扣扭矩与能量耗散及能量比率的关系,可为动态载荷下特殊螺纹接头密封性能研究提供参考。Regarding the issue of reduced sealing performance of premium thread connection due to dynamic loads in high⁃temperature and high⁃pressure wells,based on the fretting contact theory,the critical slip state of the sealing surfaces was analyzed,and the energy dissipation and energy ratio of premium thread connection under different make⁃up torque were studied.The research results indicate that with an increase in make⁃up torque,the stress and contact pressure of the premium thread connection increase,and the adhesive region on the sealing surface gradually enlarges.Properly increasing the make⁃up torque without causing strength failure can reduce the energy dissipation on the sealing surface caused by dynamic loads and mitigate wear induced by slippage,thereby improving the sealing performance of the connection.Under three types of make⁃up torques and internal pressure of 50~90 MPa,the sealing index of the connection is greater than the critical sealing index under the corresponding internal pressure,meeting the sealing requirements of the connection.Through the research,the relationships between the make⁃up torque,energy dissipation and energy ratio are clarified,which can provide reference for the research of sealing performance of premium thread connection under dynamic load.
