摘 要:本研究设计了一种自动化辣椒穴盘育苗装置,旨在提高辣椒育苗的效率和精准度。装置通过自动化的填土、压土、播种等操作,并配备多重检测装置和视觉检测装置,实现对育苗全过程的智能化管理。通过智能控制系统,用户可以方便地操作和监测育苗环境参数,提高育苗的效率和质量。本论文详细介绍了装置的结构、工作原理、关键技术,并展示了实验结果和性能评估,讨论了该装置在农业现代化生产中的应用前景。In this study,an automated pepper plug-seedling cultivation device was designed to improve the efficiency and precision of pepper seedling cultivation.The device performs automated operations such as soil filling,soil compaction,and seeding.It is equipped with multiple detection devices and a visual inspection system,enabling intelligent monitoring and management of the entire seedling cultivation process.Through the intelligent control system,users can easily operate and monitor the environmental parameters of seedling cultivation,thereby enhancing the efficiency and quality of cultivation.This paper provides a detailed description of the device's structure,working principle,key technologies,along with experimental results and performance evaluation.The application prospects of this device in modern agricultural production are discussed.
