摘 要:砂是生产混凝土的重要原材料之一,砂的含泥量检测是砂的质量检测的重点。砂的含泥量对混凝土工作性能、强度及耐久性有重要影响,含泥量增加,混凝土坍落度减小,塌落度损失明显,混凝土强度降低,碳化深度增长较快。基于此背景,利用泥沙沉降特性,探索一种快速检测砂中含泥量的方法。泥沙在静水中沉降速度不同,沉降后会形成泥砂界面,用黑箱理论,含泥量作为输入值,泥沙沉降体积之比作为输出值,建立数学模型,得到数学公式,用快速得到的泥沙沉降体积之比推算出砂的含泥量。Sand is one of the important raw materials for producing concrete,and the detection of sand's mud content is the focus of sand quality inspection.The mud content of sand has a significant impact on the workability,strength,and durability of concrete.As the mud content increases,the slump of concrete decreases,the loss of slump is significant,the strength of concrete decreases,and the carbonation depth increases rapidly.Based on this background,a rapid method for detecting the mud content in sand is explored by utilizing the sedimentation characteristics of sediment.Sediment settles at different speeds in still water,and after settling,a mud sand interface is formed.Using the black box theory,the mud content is used as the input value,and the ratio of sediment settling volume is used as the output value.A mathematical model is established to obtain a mathematical formula,and the mud content of the sand is calculated using the quickly obtained ratio of sediment settling volume.
