摘 要:浮式激光雷达测风装置以其建造成本低、安装便捷、可重复利用等优势,在评估海上风资源开发项目中具有极大的应用前景.针对传统的浮标系统姿态稳定性差、工作可靠性低等问题,文中通过对现有的浮标结构进行改装,设计出一款适用于深远海域的大型浮标系统,并在防城港试验场对其进行海试应用,通过将浮式测风塔与附近的气象测风塔的测试数据进行同步对比分析,验证该设计方案的可行性.结果表明,浮式测风塔与气象测风塔的测试结果具有较强的相关性,平均风速相关系数和斜率分别为0.985和1.002,平均风向相关系数和斜率分别是0.981和0.972,能够满足在海洋环境中的使用要求.研究成果可为浮式激光雷达测风装置的浮标设计提供参考依据.The floating LIDAR wind measuring device has great application prospects in the assessment of offshore wind resources development projects due to its advantages such as low construction cost,easy installation and reuse.In this study,a large buoy suitable for the deep ocean was designed based on the modification of the existing buoy structure,because the traditional buoy system has the poor attitude stability and low reliability.To verify the feasibility of the design,the sea trial application of the floating LIDAR wind measuring device at Fangchenggang test site was carried out,through the synchronous comparison analysis of the test data from the meteorological wind measuring and the floating LIDAR wind measuring.The results show that the test results of the floating LIDAR wind measuring device and the meteorological wind measuring tower are highly consistent.The average wind speed correlation coefficient and slope are 0.985 and 1.002,respectively,and the average wind direction correlation coefficient and slope are 0.981 and 0.972,respectively,which could meet the application requirements in marine environment.The results can provide a reference for the buoy design of floating LIDAR wind measuring.
