摘 要:以Mg-1Gd-0.75Er-0.5Zn-0.18Zr为对象,研究了均匀化退火对合金组织的影响,热挤压对织构和力学性能的影响.微观结构分析表明,500℃均匀化12 h后,与铸态合金相比,沿晶界析出的块状LPSO相明显减少,部分块状LPSO相转化为层片状LPSO相.在热挤压后,合金内的LPSO相会发生扭折变形来适应变形,动态再结晶机制为连续动态再结晶机制和PSN机制.挤压后合金的抗拉强度、屈服强度和断后伸长率分别为340 MPa、308 MPa和4.64%,力学性能的改善主要归因于强纤维织构的存在.Taking Mg-1Gd-0.75Er-0.5Zn-0.18Zr as the object,the effects of homogenization annealing on the microstructure,and hot extrusion on the texture and mechanical properties of the alloy were studied.The microstructure analysis shows that after homogenization at 500℃for 12 h,compared with the as cast alloy,the massive LPSO phase precipitated along the grain boundary is significantly reduced,and part of the massive LPSO phase is transformed into lamellar LPSO phase.After hot extrusion,the LPSO phase in the alloy will undergo kink deformation to adapt to the deformation.The dynamic recrystallization mechanism is continuous dynamic recrystallization mechanism and PSN mechanism.The tensile strength,yield strength and elongation after fracture of the extruded alloy are 340 MPa,308 MPa and 4.64%respectively.The improvement of mechanical properties is mainly attributed to the existence of strong fiber texture.
