摘 要:研究炭黑氧化度对顺丁橡胶(BR)/天然橡胶(NR)并用胶性能的影响。经高温脱挥或氧化处理后炭黑填充的BR/NR并用胶的门尼粘度增大,加工性能变差;与未处理的炭黑填充BR/NR并用胶相比,高温脱挥处理炭黑填充BR/NR并用胶的300%定伸应力、拉伸强度和压缩疲劳温升提高,耐老化性能降低;随着炭黑氧化度的增大,BR/NR并用胶的300%定伸应力、拉伸强度、撕裂强度和压缩疲劳温升降低;随着炭黑挥发分含量和氧化度的减小,0和60℃时BR/NR并用胶的损耗因子增大。The effect of carbon black oxidation degree on the properties of butadiene rubber(BR)/natural rubber(NR)blends was studied.The Mooney viscosity of the BR/NR blend filled with carbon black after high-temperature devolatilization or oxidation treatment increased,and the processing performance deteriorated.Compared with untreated carbon black filled BR/NR blends,the high-temperature devolatilization treated carbon black filled BR/NR blends showed increased modulus at 300%elongation,tensile strength and compressive fatigue temperature-rise,while the aging resistance decreased.As the oxidation degree of carbon black increased,the modulus at 300%elongation,tensile strength,tear strength and compressive fatigue temperature-rise of BR/NR blends decreased.As the volatile content and oxidation degree of carbon black decreased,the loss factor of the BR/NR blend increased at 0 and 60℃.
