摘 要:以245/40ZR17轿车子午线轮胎为研究对象,利用有限元仿真方法研究带束层帘线角度、带束层帘线密度、胎体聚酯帘线规格和冠带条缠绕方式对轮胎刚度的影响。结果表明:轮胎径向刚度受到带束层帘线密度影响最大,其次是带束层帘线角度;冠带条缠绕方式和带束层帘线角度对轮胎纵向刚度影响较大,增大带束层帘线角度会降低轮胎纵向刚度,增加冠带条缠绕量可提高轮胎纵向刚度;增大带束层帘线角度会提高轮胎横向刚度,胎体帘线强度对轮胎横向刚度有一定影响,但呈现非相关性;冠带条缠绕方式对轮胎扭转刚度影响最大,采用S型胎肩加厚冠带条缠绕方式,轮胎扭转刚度最小。Taking 245/40ZR17 passenger car radial tire as the research object,the finite element simulation method was used to study the effects of belt cord angle,belt cord density,carcass polyester cord specification,and crown strip winding method on the tire’s stiffness.The results showed that the radial stiffness of the tire was affected by belt cord density mostly,followed by the belt cord angle.The crown strip winding method and the belt cord angle had a significant impact on longitudinal stiffness of the tire.Increasing the belt cord angle would reduce the tire’s longitudinal stiffness,while increasing the amount of crown strip winding could improve the tire’s longitudinal stiffness.Increasing the belt cord angle would increase the tire’s lateral stiffness,while the strength of the carcass cord had a certain impact on the tire’s lateral stiffness but showed a non-correlation.The crown strip winding method had the greatest impact on the tire’s torsional stiffness,and the S-shaped tire shoulder thickening crown strip winding method had the smallest torsional stiffness of the tire.
