摘 要:对12R22.5全钢载重子午线轮胎进行静态、稳态和动态工况动力学仿真。对轮胎的橡胶材料进行单轴拉伸测试,并在仿真软件中对测试数据进行拟合,选用Yeoh模型作为橡胶材料本构模型;建立轮胎的二维和三维有限元模型,并进行静态工况仿真,在此基础上进行稳态和动态工况仿真。结果表明:在静态和稳态的部分工况中仿真精度较高,该仿真方法对于静态、稳态和动态工况是适用的。The dynamics simulation of 12R22.5 all-steel truck and bus radial tire under static,steady and dynamic conditions was carried out.The uniaxial tensile test of the rubber material of the tire was carried out,and the test data were fitted in the simulation software using the Yeoh model as the rubber material’s constitutive model.The two-dimensional and three-dimensional finite element models of the tire were established,the static condition simulation was carried out,and steady-state and dynamic condition simulations were carried out on this basis.The results showed that the simulation accuracy was high in some static and steady conditions.The simulation method was applicable to static,steady and dynamic conditions.
