摘 要:我国首座重水研究堆(简称101堆)在运行期间产生了约10 m3的放射性重水,其退役工程实施期间需将此重水进行安全的处理处置。考虑到重水为重要的战略资源且价格昂贵,因此决定将此重水进行浓缩处理后循环再利用。重水进行浓缩处理前,需要对其进行必要的净化处理,使重水水质满足重水浓缩设施的进水水质要求,避免重水浓缩设施受到损伤。针对101堆放射性重水的特点,设计了过滤-吸附-离子交换的净化工艺及净化处理系统设备。实践表明,该净化工艺可靠、有效,处理后的重水水质满足重水浓缩设施的水质要求。此套净化工艺和实践经验可为其他放射性废水的净化处理提供技术和经验参考。China s first heavy water research reactor(“HWRR”for short)produced about 10 m 3 of radioactive heavy water during operation,and this heavy water needs to be safely treated and disposed of during the implementation of HWRR decommissioning project.Considering that heavy water is an important resource and expensive,in order to save resources,it is decided to concentrate the heavy water and recycle it.Before the heavy water is concentrated,necessary purification treatment should be carried out to ensure that the quality of the heavy water meets the water quality requirements of the heavy water enrichment facility and avoid damage to the heavy water enrichment facility.According to the characteristics of HWRR radioactive heavy water,the filtration,adsorption and ion exchange purification process and purification treatment system equipment are designed.The practice shows that the purification process is reliable and effective,and the water quality of the treated heavy water meets the water quality requirements of the heavy water concentration facility.This set of purification process and practical experience can provide technical and experience reference for the purification treatment of other radioactive wastewater.
