摘  要:某核电厂控制棒电源系统电动机在启动过程中多次发生启动失败的重大缺陷。论文以故障现象为出发点,通过对电机上游母线电源供电情况、远程跳闸信号触发情况、MG机组保护继电器动作保护情况、电机本体故障、电机上游控制回路控制电供电情况、漏保继电器故障/误动作、外部电磁干扰等可能原因进行逐项分析,最终定位漏保继电器CT安装位置电缆分布杂乱且存在不同程度的弯折不满足厂家规范要求、电流互感器距离外部电磁干扰信号源较近等导致监测到的零序电流超过整定值的主要原因。文中对故障分析过程进行了详细描述,对电机启动失败的原因及多种处理措施的可行性进行了具体分析,分析思路及处理方法可为后续同类问题提供参考。The motor of the control rod power system of Fuqing nuclear power plant failed to start up many times.Based on the fault phenomenon,this paper analyzes the power supply of the upstream bus of the motor,the trigger of the remote trip signal,the action and protection of the protection relay of the MG unit,the fault of the motor body,the control power supply of the upstream control circuit of the motor,the fault/misoperation of the leakage protection relay and the external electromagnetic interference one by one,and finally locates the CT of the leakage protection relay.The main reasons for the zero sequence current exceeding the setting value are that the cables at the installation position are distributed disorderly,the bending of different degrees does not meet the requirements of the manufacturer s specifications,and the current transformer is close to the external electromagnetic interference signal source.In this paper,the process of the fault analysis is described in details,the causes of motor startup failure and the feasibility of a variety of treatment measures are analyzed in details.The analysis ideas and treatment methods can provide reference for similar follow-up problems.
