摘 要:设备采购是核电工程建设的关键环节之一。一方面,反应堆压力容器等主设备达成供货意向为项目申请授权启动的条件之一;同时项目正式推进建设后,设备按期供货成为工程连续建设的重要保障。另一方面,核电工程项目作为国家重大项目,项目前期可行性研究论证等准备工作周期长,前期资金保障投入有限,把握节奏、控制资源成为核电工程项目FCD前设备采购管理的一大特点。本文结合百万千瓦核电工程项目FCD前采购工作实践,通过对FCD前设备采购进度管理分析和FCD前设备采购优先级策略进行分析,提出FCD前设备采购优先级管理建议方案。Equipment procurement is one of the key aspects in the construction of nuclear power projects.On the one hand,studying the supply intention of main equipment such as reactor pressure vessels is one of the conditions for the project to apply for authorization.Meanwhile,once the project is officially constructed,the supply of equipment on schedule has become an important guarantee for continuous construction of the project.On the other hand,as a major national project,nuclear power projects have long preparation period for feasibility studies and limited investment in initial funding support.Grasping rhythm and controlling resources have become a major feature of the procurement management before the equipment procurement management of nuclear power projects.This article combines 1000 MWe nuclear power projects before the FCD procurement work,by analyzing the progress management of equipment procurement before FCD and the priority strategy of equipment procurement before FCD,a proposal for priority management of equipment procurement before FCD is proposed.
