摘　　要：构建科技成果管理体系对于促进大型央企科技创新具有重要意义。这一体系不仅是国家促进科技创新的战略需要,也是国防科技工业高质量发展的保障,更是央企自身创新发展的关键要素。本文以中核集团为例,详述了有助于大型央企科技创新的成果管理体系的内涵、主要做法及实施效果。Building a scientific and technological achievements management system is of great significance to promoting scientific and technological innovation in large central enterprises.This system is not only the strategic demand of the state to promote scientific and technological innovation,but also the guarantee of high-quality development of national defense science and technology industry,and the key elements of the innovation and development of central enterprises.Taking China National Nuclear Corporation as an example,this paper details the connotation,main practices and implementation effects of the achievements management system which is conducive to the scientific and technological innovation of large central enterprises.
