Childcare Support Services in Japanese Public Libraries

摘　　要：公共图书馆在社会育儿支援事业中发挥着重要作用,日本公共图书馆为分担家庭育儿成本、提升育儿质量、激发社会生育意愿,开展了丰富的育儿支援服务活动。文章对日本公共图书馆的育儿支援服务展开调查,从资源建设、价值追求、社会合作等维度探讨其育儿支援服务机制的运作方式和特征,建议我国公共图书馆借鉴日本经验,协同推进“积极生育”战略。Public libraries play an important role in social programs to support parenting.Japanese public libraries have developed a variety of childcare services to reduce families’childcare costs,improve the quality of parenting,and promote the willingness to have babies.By examining the childcare support services of Japanese public libraries,this article explores the operation and characteristics of the service mechanism focusing on resource development,values,and social cooperation.It suggests that public libraries in China should jointly promote the strategy of encouraging more births by drawing on the experience of Japan.
