摘　　要：近年来,中国城市更新带来的居民居住环境变化可能导致居民原有社会资本变化。但是当前,国内仍旧缺乏对于城市更新影响下居民社会资本变化的系统测量指标体系,维度划分不明确、研究要素不全面、方法体系不规范等问题仍然存在,这将会导致对于居民社会资本的相关研究结论出现偏差。鉴于此,研究遵循量表开发流程,以重庆市城市更新项目涉及区域为研究区域,以区域内居民为研究对象,尝试编制用以衡量中国城市更新过程中居民动态社会资本的多维量表。通过两阶段概率比例规模抽样的实地调查数据进行探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析,研究发现共有4个维度“社会网络”“社区互动频率”“社会互惠”“社区归属感”,共计16题项的居民动态社会资本量表,此量表具有良好信度、效度。研究丰富和发展了社会资本理论的研究,为中国城市更新社会资本的探讨提供了测量工具。In recent years,China's urban renewal process has accelerated,and the changes in residents'living conditions brought about by urban renewal may lead to changes in the original social capital.However,at present,there is still a lack of systematic measurement index system for the changes of residents'social capital under the influence of urban renewal in China.There are still some problems,such as unclear dimension division,incomplete research elements and non-standard method system,which will lead to deviations in the relevant research conclusions of residents'social capital.In view of this,following the scale development process,taking the urban renewal projects in Chongqing as research areas,and the residents in the region as re-search objects,the research tries to compile a multi-dimensional scale to measure the dynamic social capital of residents in China's uban renewal.Through the exploratory factor and confirma-tory factor analysis of the field survey data of two-stage probability proportional scale sampling,the research found that a total of four dimensions(social network,community interaction fre-quency,social reciprocity,community sense of belonging),and the 16-item resident dynamic social capital scale used to measure,and the four dimensions has good reliability and validity.The research enriches and develops social capital theory,and provides a measurement tool for the discussion of social capital in China's urban renewal.
