摘  要:RS-485作为智能电能表中应用最广泛的通信总线,其设计已趋于标准化,但在实际的使用中,由于芯片工艺的波动等因素的干扰,仍然会出现通信不稳定的情况。结合实际案例,深入分析了RS-485芯片因工艺波动导致的可靠性问题,提出了一种利用软件延迟进行准确判断的方法。实验结果表明,该方法有效提升了智能电能表RS-485的通信可靠性。As the most widely used communication bus in smart energy meters,RS-485 has been designed towards standardization.However,in practical use,communication instability still occurs due to interference from factors such as fluctuations in chip technology.Based on practical cases,the reliability issues of RS-485 chips caused by process fluctu-ations are deeply analyzed,and a method of using software delay for accurate judgment is proposed.The experimental results show that this method effectively improves the communication reliability of the intelligent energy meter RS-485.
