摘　　要：针对农村人居环境整治存在的问题,提出“一张图”精准整治的技术解决方法。剖析农村环境整治业务,融合多源地理信息,服务层切分数据、WebAPI微服务,应用层聚合多类型信息服务,为管理员开发一张图管理系统,为普查员开发移动定位一张图调查系统,构建协同监管体系。为满足用户高并发服务请求,搭建高可用信息服务系统,持续对外提供不间断信息服务。最后,根据系统集成测试、实际应用效果,证明该方法的有效性。Aiming at the problems existing in rural human living environment regulation,the technical solution of"one map"precise regulation is proposed.The paper analyzes the rural environmental regulation business,integrates multi-source geographic information,shares data and Web API microservices at the service layer and aggregates multiple types of information services at the application lay-er.It establishes a coordinated supervision system by developing"one map"management system for the managers and mobile positio-ning survey system for the investigators.To meet the high number of concurrent service requests,it also sets up the high availability information service system for providing continuous information services.Finally,according to the system integration test and practical application,the paper proves the effectiveness of the method.
