基于GIS的城市房屋建筑双违清查系统设计与实现

摘　　要：依据《山东省住房和城乡建设厅关于进一步做好城市房屋建筑违法建设和违法违规审批专项清查工作的通知》等文件的要求,结合济南市智慧住建建设的实际情况,依托GIS,设计并开发一套具有地图浏览、数据批量导入、图属关联、地图定位、专题图进度查看等功能的专项清查系统,为城市房屋建筑违法建设和违法违规审批专项清查工作提供技术支撑。In this paper,according to the requirements such as"Notice of Shandong Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Ru-ral Construction on Further Improving the Special Inspection Work of Ilegal Construction and Ilegal Approval of Urban Houses",combined with the actual situation of smart housing construction in Jinan city,based on GIS,it designs and develops a special inspec-tion system with the functions of map browsing,data batch input,graph and attribute association,map positioning,thematic map pro-gress review,etc.The system provides technical support for the special inspection work of llegal construction and illegal approval of urban houses.
