摘　　要：自然资源统一确权登记与不动产登记的法治化使我国自然资源资产产权制度具有清晰明确的归属和权责关系。本文以安徽升金湖国家级自然保护区自然资源统一确权登记工作实践为基础,深入研究了自然资源统一确权登记工作的实现思路和关键技术要点,探讨了在实践过程中遇到的难点问题,并结合安徽省实际情况提出相应的解决措施。The legalization of the unified registration of natural resources and the real estate registration makes the property rights sys-tem of natural resources assets in China have a clear and clear ownership and responsibility relationship.The article based on the prac-tice of the right confirmation and registration of Shengjin Lake National Nature Reserve in Anhui Province,analyzed the implementa-tion ideas and key technical points of the unified registration of natural resources rights,discussed the difficult issues encountered in the practice process,and proposed corresponding solutions based on the actual situation in Anhui.
