摘　　要：随着信息技术的发展,移动互联网、云计算等技术已经深入地影响到社会的方方面面。人类的各种活动都会产生海量的数据。这些数据的来源不仅非常丰富,而且具有空间和时间属性,蕴含着巨大的发展潜力和应用价值。本文从互联网上获取各类开放数据,并针对应用环境下的数据标准不统一、分类体系异构等问题,利用网络爬虫技术和自动处理技术,对众源地理数据的自动处理与入库,实现众源地理数据的入库与更新;利用众源地理数据融合技术,选用科学的技术框架进行了系统设计,通过模块化建设的思想,编码实现了在线制图系统的设计与开发,并将其应用到在线制图领域,取得了较好的应用效果。With the development of information technology,mobile Internet,cloud computing and other technologies have deeply af-fected all aspects of society and the huge amount of data produced by human activities.These data not only have a richer data source,but also have the spatial and temporal attributes and contains the enormous development potential and application value.Aiming at the problems of inconsistent data standards and heterogeneous classification systems under different application situations,this paper ob-tains various types of open-sourced data from internet,uses the technology of web crawler and automatic processing to automatic pro-cessing and databasing of the Crowd Sourcing Geographic Data,and realizes its databasing and updating.It uses Crowd Sourcing Geo-graphic Data fusion technology,designs the system by using scientific technical framework,adopts modular construction idea,realizes the design,development and application of the online mapping system and achieves good application results.
