摘　　要：[目的/意义]钱亚新是著名的图书馆学家、索引学家,编制《钱亚新年谱·索引》可以为快速、精准检索《钱亚新年谱》中的相关内容提供方便,有利于学术研究和学术交流。[方法/过程]根据国家标准《索引编制规则(总则)》的规定和提示的索引编制方法,应用《索引家》索引标引、检查和排序等系列专用软件,为《钱亚新年谱》编制了主题、人名、机构、文献四种《索引》。[结果/结论]基于实际工作的体会,提出几点思考:应用索引软件提高编制效率;索引编制对图书有校对(勘校)作用;年谱类图书索引编制的特点及应对策略。[Purpose/significance]Qian Yaxin is a famous library scientist and indexer.The compilation of QianYaxin’sChronicle·Index can facilitate the rapid and accurate retrieval of relevant content in the QianYaxin’sChronicle,which is conducive to academic research and academic exchanges.[Method/process]According to the national standard IndexCompilationRules(GeneralPrinciples)and the index compilation methods prompted,a series of specialized software such as indexer index indexing,inspection,and sorting were applied to compile four types of indexes for QianYaxin’sChronicle,including theme,person name,institution,and literature index.[Result/conclusion]Based on practical work experience,several considerations are proposed:Applying indexing software to improve compilation efficiency;Indexing has the function of proofreading(proofreading)books;The characteristics and corresponding strategies of indexing chronological books.
