摘 要:热电偶测温系统中,冷端补偿是影响测量准确度的关键因素之一,目前在反应堆工程试验研究中,使用冷端补偿盒对热电偶进行补偿。冷端补偿盒为非标准化产品。结合热工试验对温度量值准确性与溯源性的要求,通过对热电偶冷端补偿及冷端补偿盒工作原理进行研究,并采用实验室计量标准装置进行冷端补偿效果对比验证,提出一种热电偶冷端补偿盒校准方法。结果表明,该校准方法准确可靠,冷端补偿盒的补偿效果与实验室热电偶校准用冰瓶补偿效果具有一致性,可为实验室热电偶校准提供新思路。In thermocouple temperature measurement system,cold end compensation is one of the key factors affecting the measurement accuracy.At present,cold end compensation box is used for cold end compensation of thermocouple in reactor engineering test.The cold end compensation box is a standardized product.Combining the requirements of thermal test on the accuracy and traceability of temperature values,this paper proposes a calibration method for the cold end compensation box of thermocouples by studying the cold end compensation principle and the working principle of the cold end compensation box,and using the laboratory measurement standard device to compare and verify the cold end compensation effect.The results show that the calibration method is accurate and reliable,and the compensation effect of the cold end compensation box is consistent with that of the ice bottle used for thermocouple calibration in the laboratory,which can provide a new idea for thermocouple calibration in the laboratory.
