摘 要:为进一步保障医疗核磁共振仪的正常运行和人员安全,以西门子核磁共振仪为研究对象,提出一种核磁共振仪运行环境监测智能化系统,对核磁共振仪运行情况进行监控。其中,以树莓派为主控制器,并构建智能图像识别模块,以获取核磁共振仪的更多状态数据。实验结果表明,设计的监控系统能够对核磁共振仪的液氦数据进行实时监控和准确获取,其中,构建的智能图像识别模块能够进行核磁共振仪状态数据的准确获取,对设备的标签文本类字符和数字仪表类字符的识别准确率分别为98.01%和99.72%,精度较高且识别速度较快。综上,设计的监控系统能够对核磁共振仪进行实时监控以及准确的状态数据的获取,能够应用于实际西门子核磁共振仪的日常维护场景,帮助管理者进行日常的设备管理,可行性较高。To further ensure the normal operation and personnel safety of medical magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)machines,a Siemens MRI machine is taken as the research object,and an intelligent system for monitoring the operating environment of MRI machines is proposed to monitor the operation of MRI machines.Among them,Raspberry Pi is used as the main controller,and an intelligent image recognition module is constructed to obtain more status data of the nuclear magnetic resonance instrument.The experimental results show that the designed monitoring system can monitor and accurately obtain the liquid helium data of the nuclear magnetic resonance instrument in real time.Among them,the constructed intelligent image recognition module can accurately obtain the status data of the nuclear magnetic resonance instrument.The recognition accuracy of the device’s label text characters and digital instrument characters is 98.01%and 99.72%,respectively,with high accuracy and fast recognition speed.In summary,the designed monitoring system can monitor the nuclear magnetic resonance instrument in real time and obtain accurate status data.It can be applied to the daily maintenance scenarios of Siemens nuclear magnetic resonance instruments,helping managers with daily equipment management,and has high feasibility.
