摘　　要：高频清洁脉冲角阀是粉煤气化装置中反吹清洁系统的重要装置,用来给陶瓷或金属烧结飞灰过滤器滤棒提供高频脉冲气流,吹扫附着在过滤器上的煤灰,以防止由于煤灰沉积造成过滤系统压差过高,甚至断棒等故障。多晶硅行业主要使用在CDI(还原尾气分离),冷氢化,三氯氢硅合成等装置的硅粉过滤系统中,同时在水泥、钢厂、炼化等有尘系统中也广泛使用。通过外压式波纹管结构设计,阀芯和阀杆浮动连接,阀座密封圈特殊结构设计,特殊附件配置,通过强压及泄漏等性能测试,样机寿命试验,快速动作时间测试,CAE流速仿真,压力仿真,铸件零件铸造模拟仿真,阀座密封圈冲击仿真,让设计更加合理,研发的高频清洁脉冲角阀具有开关速度快、吹扫效果好、使用寿命长、泄漏等级高,密封可靠,维修方便,运行稳定可靠等优点。该研究不仅有效解决了高频清洁脉冲阀所需高寿命,高精度,零泄漏,波纹管密封等技术问题,同时对动作频繁工况的阀门设计也具有参考意义。The high-frequency cleaning pulse angle valve is an important device in the reverse blowing cleaning system of the coal gasification device.It is used to provide high-frequency pulse airflow to the ceramic or metal sintered fly ash filter rod,blowing away the coal ash attached to the filter,to prevent high pressure difference or even rod breakage in the filtering system caused by coal ash deposition.The polycrystalline silicon industry is mainly used in silicon powder filtration systems for CDI(reduction tail gas separation),cold hydrogenation,trichlorosilane synthesis,and other devices.It is also widely used in dusty systems such as cement,steel mills,and refining.Through the design of external pressure corrugated pipe structure,floating connection between valve core and valve stem,special structural design of valve seat sealing ring,special accessory configuration,performance testing such as strong pressure and leakage,prototype life test,fast action time test,CAE flow rate simulation,pressure simulation,simulation of casting parts casting,and impact simulation of valve seat sealing ring,the design is more reasonable.The high-frequency cleaning pulse angle valve developed has fast switching speed The advantages include good blowing effect,long service life,high leakage level,reliable sealing,convenient maintenance,and stable and reliable operation.This study not only effectively solves the technical problems of high life,high precision,zero leakage,and bellows sealing required for high-frequency cleaning pulse valves,but also has reference significance for valve design under frequent operating conditions.
