摘 要:为解决未来大范围停电的发生造成我国当地地区中重要场所失电以及居民生活水平大幅下降的问题,提出一种应用于配电网的电动汽车虚拟储能聚合模型,并基于此建立虚拟储能系统中电动汽车虚拟储能的相关模型,同时提出一种含电动汽车虚拟储能的配电网可靠性评估方法。首先,为保证配电网中的孤岛区域和重要负荷不失电,提出一种电动汽车虚拟储能聚合模型。其次,研究以电动汽车虚拟储能聚合模型为基础的电动汽车虚拟储能中的相关模型。最后,基于传统的配电网可靠性评估以提出一种含电动汽车虚拟储能的配电网可靠性评估方法。通过改进的IEEE-RBTS Bus6测试系统为例进行分析,仿真结果证明了文中建立的模型的有效性以及含虚拟储能系统可明显提高配电网可靠性。To solve the problem that future widespread power outages cause the loss of power in important places and a significant decline in residents’living standards in local areas of our country,the article proposes an aggregation model of electric vehicle virtual energy storage applied to distribution networks,and establishes the relevant models of electric vehicle virtual energy storage in virtual energy storage system based on it,and proposes a distribution network reliability evaluation method containing electric vehicle virtual energy storage.Firstly,an aggregation model of electric vehicle virtual energy storage is proposed to ensure that no power is lost in islands and important loads in the distribution network.Secondly,the relevant models of electric vehicle virtual energy storage based on the aggregation model of electric vehicle virtual energy storage are investigated.Finally,a distribution network reliability evaluation method containing electric vehicle virtual energy storage is proposed based on the traditional distribution network reliability evaluation.The improved IEEE-RBTS Bus6 is adopted as an example for the analysis,and the simulation results demonstrate the validity of the model established and the fact that containing a virtual energy storage system can significantly improve the reliability of the distribution network.
