复方嗜酸乳杆菌联合锌制剂治疗小儿腹泻的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察复方嗜酸乳杆菌与锌制剂联合治疗小儿腹泻的效果。方法:选取2021年5月—2023年5月北京儿童医院新疆医院收治的腹泻患儿90例作为研究对象,采用双色球法分为对照组与观察组,各45例。两组均行常规治疗,对照组在常规治疗基础上使用复方嗜酸乳杆菌治疗,观察组在对照组基础上使用锌制剂治疗。比较两组治疗效果、症状缓解时间、肠屏障功能、不良反应。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.007);观察组退热时间、呕吐缓解时间、腹痛缓解时间、止泻时间早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗后,两组内毒素、D-乳酸、二胺氧化酶水平降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:复方嗜酸乳杆菌与锌制剂联合治疗小儿腹泻的效果显著,可缩短症状缓解时间,改善肠屏障功能,且未增加不良反应。Objective:To observe the effect of compound Lactobacillus acidophilus and zinc preparation in the treatment of diarrhea in children.Methods:A total of ninety children with diarrhea admitted to Beijing Children's Hospital Xinjiang Hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group with forty-five cases in each group by bicolor sphere method.Both groups received conventional treatment,the control group was treated with compound Lactobacillus acidophilus on the basis of conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with zinc preparation on the basis of control group.The therapeutic effect,symptom remission time,intestinal barrier function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.007);the time of fever remission,vomiting remission,abdominal pain remission and diarrhea prevention in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001);after treatment,the levels of endotoxin,D-lactic acid and diamine oxidase in two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combined effect of compound Lactobacillus acidophilus and zinc preparation in the treatment of pediatric diarrhea is significant,which can shorten the time of symptom remission,improve intestinal barrier function,and do not increase adverse reactions.
