益母草胶囊联合缩宫素治疗产后出血的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察益母草胶囊联合缩宫素治疗产后出血的效果。方法:选取2021年4月—2022年4月揭阳国裕医院收治的产后出血产妇78例为研究对象,采取随机数表法分为对照组与研究组,各39例。对照组采用缩宫素治疗,研究组采用益母草胶囊联合缩宫素治疗。比较两组出血量、出血时间、凝血功能及不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组出血量少于对照组,出血时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗前、治疗5d后,两组活化部分凝血活酶时间、凝血酶原时间及血清纤维蛋白原水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗5 d后,两组活化部分凝血活酶时间、凝血酶原时间及血清纤维蛋白原水平优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:益母草胶囊联合缩宫素治疗产后出血的效果显著,可减少出血量,缩短出血时间,且不会影响产妇凝血功能,不会增加不良反应发生风险。Objective:To observe the effect of Motherwort capsule combined with oxytocin on postpartum hemorrhage.Methods:A total of seventy-eight cases of postpartum hemorrhage treated in Jieyang Guoyu Hospital from April 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with thirty-nine cases in each group.The control group was treated with oxytocin,and the study group was treated with Motherwort capsule combined with oxytocin.The amount of blood loss,bleeding time,coagulation function and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The blood loss in the study group was less than that in the control group,and the bleeding time was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).There was no significant difference in activated partial thrombin time,prothrombin time and serum fibrinogen level between the two groups before treatment and 5 days after treatment(P>0.05);after 5 days of treatment,activated partial thrombin time,prothrombin time and serum fibrinogen level in the two groups were better than before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Motherwort capsule combined with oxytocin has a significant effect in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage,which can reduce the amount of blood loss,shorten the bleeding time,and will not affect the coagulation function of maternal blood,and will not increase the risk of adverse reactions.
