银杏酮酯滴丸在急性ST段抬高性心肌梗死患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗后的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察银杏酮酯滴丸对急性ST段抬高性心肌梗死(STEMI)患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)后心肌再灌注损伤及心功能的影响。方法:选取2017年1月—2020年12月于西南医科大学附属医院行PCI后的STEMI患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联用银杏酮酯滴丸治疗。比较两组心肌再灌注损伤情况及心功能。结果:观察组再灌注心律失常发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002)。观察组白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后7 d,两组左心室舒张末期容积(LVEDV)、左心室收缩末期容积(LVESV)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、梗死心肌面积(IS)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后3个月,两组LVEDV、LVESV、IS降低,LVEF升高,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后7 d、3个月,观察组微血管阻塞(MVO)占比、MVO质量低于对照组,术后3个月,两组MVO占比、MVO质量低于术后7d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:银杏酮酯滴丸可减轻STEMI患者急诊PCI术后心肌再灌注损伤,促进心脏功能恢复。Objective:To observe the effects of Ginkgo Ketone Ester Dropping Pills on myocardial reperfusion injury and cardiac function after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)in patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI).Methods:Sixty STEMI patients who underwent PCI in the Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University from January 2017 to December 2020 were selected as the study subjects,and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,each with thirty cases.The control group was treated with conventional drugs,and the observation group was co-treated with Ginkgo Ketone Ester Dropping Pills on the basis of the control group.Comparison of myocardial reperfusion injury and cardiac function between the two groups.Results:The incidence of reperfusion arrhythmia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.002).The levels of interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-alpha in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 7 d postoperatively,left ventricular end-diastolic volume(LVEDV),left ventricular end-systolic volume(LVESV),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),and infarcted myocardial area(IS)were compared between the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);at 3 months postoperatively,LVEDV,LVESV,IS decreased and LVEF increased in both groups,and the observation group was superior to the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 7 d and 3 months after operation,the percentage of microvascular obstruction(MVO)and the quality of MVO in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and at 3 months after operation,the percentage of MVO and the quality of MVO in the two groups were lower than those at 7 d after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ginkgo Ketone Ester Dropping Pills can reduce myocardi
