一贯煎加减联合西药治疗肝肾阴虚水停型肝硬化腹水的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察肝硬化腹水患者实施一贯煎加减联合西药治疗的效果。方法:选取2020年12月—2022年10月北京市鼓楼中医医院收治的肝肾阴虚水停型肝硬化腹水患者85例为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=40,常规西药治疗)与观察组(n=45,常规西药联合一贯煎加减治疗)。比较两组中医证候积分、生活质量评分、肝功能指标、治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组中医证候积分降低,两组身体健康、心理健康评分升高,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)水平降低,观察组AST、ALT水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:一贯煎加减联合常规西药治疗肝硬化腹水的效果显著,可缓解临床症状,改善生活质量及肝功能。Objective:To observe the effect of Yiguan decoction combined with western medicine on patients with cirrhotic ascites.Methods:From December 2020 to October 2022,85 patients with liver cirrhosis and ascites were randomly divided into control group(n=40,western medicine)and observation group(n=45,western medicine combined with Yiguan decoction).TCM syndrome score,quality of life score,liver function index and treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the two groups decreased,the scores of physical health and mental health of the two groups increased,the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and alanine aminotransferase(ALT)in the two groups decreased,the AST and ALT levels in the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:The effect of Yiguan decoction combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of cirrhotic ascites is significant,which can relieve clinical symptoms,improve quality of life and liver function.
