摘　　要：目的:探讨优质护理在白内障超声乳化术后的应用效果。方法:选取2020年3月—2023年3月于新疆生产建设兵团第六师医院接受超声乳化术治疗的白内障患者98例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各49例。对照组超声乳化术后采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施优质护理。比较两组视力、并发症发生情况、干眼症症状、护理满意度、负面情绪。结果:观察组视力良好率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.016);观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.037);观察组泪液分泌量多于对照组,角膜荧光染色评分低于对照组,泪膜破裂时间长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);护理后,两组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理在白内障超声乳化术后的应用效果显著,可提高患者视力,降低并发症发生风险,改善干眼症症状,提高护理满意度,缓解负面情绪。Objective:To investigate the application effect of quality nursing care after cataract ultrasonic emulsification.Methods:Ninety-eight cataract patients who underwent ultrasonic emulsification treatment in the Sixth Division Hospital of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps from March 2020 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with forty-nine cases in each group.The control group adopted conventional care after ultrasonic emulsification,and the observation group implemented quality care on the basis of the control group.Visual acuity,complication occurrence,dry eye symptoms,nursing satisfaction,and negative emotions were compared between the two groups.Results:The rate of good vision in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.016);the total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.037);the amount of tear secretion in the observation group was more than that in the control group,the score of fluorescence staining of the cornea was lower than that of the control group,and the time of tear film rupture was longer than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total satisfaction of nursing care in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);after nursing care,the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale of the two groups were reduced,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of quality nursing care after cataract ultrasonic emulsification is remarkable,which can improve patients'visual acuity,reduce the risk of complications,improve the symptoms of dry eye,improve nursing satisfaction,and allev
