小程序结合目视管理在心外科病区库房管理中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析小程序结合目视管理在心外科病区库房管理中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2020年1—12月广东省中医院心外科病区库房管理数据,2020年1—6月为实施前,采用常规库房管理,2020年7—12月为实施后,在常规库房管理基础上联合小程序结合目视管理。比较实施前后库房管理工作效率、缺货告知次数、物资积压过期数、护理人员满意度。结果:实施后查找物品时间、盘点时间、整理库房时间短于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施后缺货告知次数、物资积压过期数少于实施前。实施后护理人员在物品充足、方便寻找、摆放布局好、管理分配合理的满意度高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小程序结合目视管理在心外科病区库房管理中的应用效果显著,可提高库房管理工作效率,减少物资缺货、过期数,提高护理人员满意度。Objective:To analyze the application effect of small program combined with visual management in the warehouse management of cardiac surgery ward.Methods:Retrospectively analyze the data of warehouse management in cardiac surgery ward of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2020.January-June 2020 was the pre-implementation period,and conventional warehouse management was used,and July-December 2020 was the post-implementation period,and small program combined with visual management was implemented on the basis of conventional warehouse management.The efficiency of warehouse management,the number of out-of-stock notifications,the number of backlogged and expired supplies,and the satisfaction of nursing staff before and after implementation were compared.Results:The time to find items,inventory time,and time to organize the warehouse after implementation was shorter than before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of times of out-of-stock notification and the number of expiration dates of the backlog of supplies after implementation was less than before implementation;and the satisfaction degree of nursing staff in terms of the sufficiency of items,convenience of search,good layout of placement,and reasonable management distribution after implementation was higher than before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of small program combined with visual management in the warehouse management of cardiac surgery ward has significant effect,which can improve the efficiency of warehouse management,reduce the number of out-of-stock and expired materials,and improve the satisfaction of nursing staff.
