“三医联动”下医保患者合理用药监管模式的价值分析

摘　　要：目的:分析“三医联动”下医保患者合理用药监管模式的应用价值。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年6月于贵州医科大学附属乌当医院住院治疗的医保患者21016例为研究对象,其中2021年1—12月住院治疗的医保患者为对照组(n=10508),采用常规合理用药管理;2022年1月—2023年6月住院治疗的医保患者为试验组(n=10508),采用“三医联动”下合理用药监管模式管理。比较两组住院费用指标、不良用药状况发生率。结果:试验组住院次均药品费、可报销药物占比、总费用低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.0001);试验组不良用药总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.0001)。结论:“三医联动”下医保患者合理用药监管模式的应用价值较高,可降低住院费用及不良用药发生率,保障患者用药安全性与合理性。Objective:To analyze the application value of the rational drug use supervision mode of medical insurance patients under the"three medical linkage".Methods:A total of twenty-one thousand and sixteen medical insurance patients hospitalized in Wudang Hospital Affiliated to Guizhou Medical University from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects.The patients with medical insurance who were hospitalized from January 2021 to December 2021 were included in the control group(n=10508),and routine rational drug use management was adopted.The medical insurance patients hospitalized from January 2022 to June 2023 were in the experimental group(n=10508),which was managed by the rational drug use supervision mode under the"three medical linkage".Hospitalization cost index and incidence of adverse drug use were compared between the two groups.Results:The average cost of drugs,the proportion of reimbursable drugs and the total cost in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.0001);the total incidence of adverse drug use in experimental group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.0001).Conclusion:The application value of the rational drug use supervision mode for medical insurance patients under the"three medical linkage"is high,which can reduce hospitalization costs and the incidence of adverse drug use,and ensure the safety and rationality of drug use for patients.
