摘　　要：介绍法国石化装置供电用电规模、区域及生产环境,重点阐述了法国低压配电系统接线方式和接地制式,380 V小电流接地系统(IT制)架构、4 Hz绝缘监察。根据运行45年的实际案例证明欧洲4 Hz正弦交流用来测量带电运行的电动机绝缘电阻是一项有效技术,有必要设立专项加以研究,实现国产化、产业化和标准化。This paper reports power supply scale,region and production environment of the petrochemical plant imported from France.The wiring and grounding system,380 V small current grounding system(IT system)architecture and 4 Hz insulation measuring of French are outlined.According to the actual case of 45 years of operation the European 4 Hz insulation supervision for live motors is a beneficial technology and it is necessary to set up a special project and upgrade,and achieve localization,industrialization and standardization.
